This professional flaring kit makes standard single 45° flares for 3/16" (4.75mm) brake lines and air conditioning copper tubing. Perfect for custom brake pipe modification and AC refrigeration pipeline production.
2. Precise Centered Forming
The clamping die firmly locks the tubing, so the flare stays perfectly centered. It avoids pipe collapse, splitting or uneven flaring caused by unstable clamping.
3. Hardened Steel Punch & Die
The punch head and mold are heat-treated for high hardness. It works smoothly on both soft copper brake tubes and thick-walled air conditioning copper pipes without cracking the pipe mouth.
4. Anti-Seize Lubricant Included
Special punch grease reduces friction during pressing, preventing the punch from sticking and greatly extending the service life of the tool.
5. Compact Portable Hard Case
Comes with a small blue molded plastic box. All parts are fixed in dedicated slots, lightweight and easy to carry for roadside on-site pipe flaring work.
